Yes! You can adopt multiple stepchildren in the same proceeding in New York. This is common and we handle it regularly.

How it works:

• A single petition can cover all children from the same biological parent
• All children are included in the same finalization hearing
• Each child age 14+ will need to give their individual consent

Cost:
